Regist System + Admin Comands - Rocha12 - 25.12.2012

I have this registration system: http://www.4shared.com/file/wXZBbrRG/Registo.html.
And I wanted there who had PlayerInfo [playerid] [PAdmin] == 1, could give ban, kick, hp, vest, teleports him until me or I to him. And a command to clear the chat.
