Problem with my ENB - SRD.[F]rost[T.o] - 24.12.2012

After I format my PC seems enbseries gave some kind of problem I will post the SS and enb config:
OBS: My enb don't start by itself , I need to press SHIFT+F12

Motherboard: G31M-ES2L
Bios: Award Modular BIOS v6.00OG
Processor: Intel Core 2 Q8300 2.50ghz CPU qad (4CPUS)
Memory: 4096MB ram
Video card: Nvidia 9600gt 1 GB
32 bit Monitor 1360x768 (60hz)

NOTE: Before format my PC worked normally and the operating system was windows 7 32Bit

Bad enb, get one better, there is some chrome enb, extreme just for you.
I know that is bad. But you should test it in SA-MP, because in SP and MP the enb graphics are different.

EDIT: All enbs start only with SHIFT+F12, i haven't seen any which starts automatically
