I cant translate my server - Sweez - 24.12.2012

Okay i starter an RP server. I tried to translate it but it don't work. I'm running on a zGaming Red County Roleplay. It haves one bug, and no one can enter buildings. Can you help me ? My skype: pastet4e

Probably changing language from Spanish (for example) to English. That's hard and would be even faster to code a new english RP game mode.
