Kill streak problem with multiple GM's - ElCowboy - 22.12.2012

Ok, I download this killstreak, here the link: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=395391

Now it works when i start the server in the first gm, but when the next gamode starts, the text draw doesn't work.

The rewards do, but the text draw doesn't, please help

P.S: I'm working on a mini-mission like server..... hopefully that will work.
