How many sa-mp servers you can run on these
2 cores
40GB HDD space
2GB guaranteed RAM
4GB burstable RAM
1TB traffic (1Gbit burst)
1 IP addresses
10 IPv6 addresses
(Can you tell without MYSQL with MYSQL)
EDIT: Is there a way to calculate this and i was thinking of 50-100 slot servers.

And the GHz for each core please?
40GB HDD space will be enough for around 40+ servers.
2GB RAM will be enough for about 500+ slots.
1TB traffic will be enough for a 500+ slots server.
You will use the IPv4 adress and not the IPv6 adresses.
That's my opinion on this, however, you might want to do some testing to get a more solid answer.

Your core is 2 please share the GHz
Your Ram - 2 GB Is enough to run 3 100 slots server and 2 50 slots server altogether if you have good quality less lag
Your HardDisk is enough for 50+ servers
IPv4 should be used
You should have MySQL panel too
