Skin Mods - Blessed - 18.12.2012

Iv'e been browsing all day on how to make skin mods, and so I found out about TXD Workshop... This is useful and I understand it... So I want to take it to the next level. I notice from a lot of skin mods the pictures are bigger, and they have different things than other ones. I want to know how to do this.





Those pictures are from a mod, not from me... They are a lot bigger than the normal ones from gta3.img file.

1st Question: How do I know what to put, and where? I know you can't just make all of this, randomly put it somewhere, and expect it to look right.

2nd Question: How do I texturize things? Is there a certain program to use?

3rd Question: Is there an editor, easier to use, other than TXD Workshop? I tried GTA 3 Skin Editor, but there was some error.

Please, if anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
