He tries to promote his "company" by linking to the "original" one, and at the same time says they are not connected in any way.
Whatever, its not important what name he uses, noones gonna use it and he will shut it down in 1-2 months when hes out of pocketmoney. As long as delux-host isnt a legal and officially registered company (which i doubt as the taxes make hosting services pointless here in germany), theres no real violated law.
