Different events/minigames to keep players interested in your server. Snowball war, 1vs1, hardcore (1 shot, 1 kill) etc.

For the players, the admin commands are about the most uninteresting "feature" at all. Its funny how many server advertise with the amount of admin commands they got.
Add what is needed to keep the server rules and prevent guys from hacking, everything else is just an overrated toy.
