How do I set that up

You need to create a new A record in your DNS pointing on your SA-MP server IP.

Well I didn't read that part, so anyways since he already got TLD he just needs to add an A record in his web hosting CP like cPanel/Kloxo/Virtualmin.

Reading the first post isn't hard, it's just 20 words and repeating in different ways what has already been said will not help him more, he knows since my post that he has to create a A record in his DNS. Also, he doesn't own a TLD... Here's how a domain name structure looks like :

I Have used http://freedns.afraid.org (liked it). There are lots of more providers available, but you maybe able to add/edit IP's from cPanel DNS Zone editor. If you would like to have samp.server.com IP, you need to create "A" DNS record and point it to your SA-MP server IP address.
