Apache problem, Port 80 used by "system" - andrew2695 - 11.12.2012

Hello, I'm using Windows 8 Professional 64 bits and since I restarted, I'm not able to run Apache again... I get this
Код HTML:
10:51:31 AM [Apache] Problem detected!
10:51:31 AM [Apache] Port 80 in use by "system"!
10:51:31 AM [Apache] Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
10:51:31 AM [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
10:51:31 AM [Apache] or reconfigure Apache to listen on a different port
Skype is not open and I re-installed Apache once, still the same problem.

What does netstat -o in a console give you?

Thanks for the answer Zircon-Hosting but I found the solution(s) with the command "net stop was /y" stopping the Microsoft Internet Information Server.
