Log out and clear out all cookies/passwords/cache/saved data. Try logging again.

It can take up to two hours to propagate the changes, then you can advertise your (probably silly roleplay) server.

You totally ruined the point that people like him can't advertise. Do you realize there's a reason behind people need x reps to post a server advertisement?
