I want to convert my user storage to mysql , just user storage ...

Cand someone help me with an tutorial to make that ? Or .... some help ?

Well what storage system are you using now, and you should follow some basic sql tutorials.
Like; http://www.w3schools.com/sql/default.asp

And I think you should move this to script requests

You'll need to find a regular MYSQL tutorial and then alter the things with DINI to SQL

What's your native language?

Also, if you don't understand English very well then it's going to be hard to find a tutorial.
