uninstall samp, delete all files what not belongs to SA it self, install samp again,

I get this sometimes, I just click once, twice or many times in the window with my mouse, or press ALT+TAB and once again bring up SAMP. Or try pressing ALT+numpad enter while the cursor is in the window..

Stream.ini or some shit, try deleting it or re-adding it from default, also make sure GTA SA isn't running elevated ( not run as admin by default as SAMP Can't inject it or whatever they do )

NOT a bug of SA:MP indeed. Does it also happen in SP? Video card? Drivers updated? Legit version of SA? Is the version 1.0?

Like Rajat_Pawar said, do ALT+TAB and go to GTA : San Andreas Multi Player, or GTA SA. Same problem goes to me, i fixed it long back
