I have been getting this error:
So i tried complieing it didn't work!

You have no error in compiling, you just simply used a lot of resources within your script, commonly caused by large arrays (see here for reference: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=55261)
You have to check your MySQL settings. Do you a MySQL plugin installed?
