Heap Underflow - CONTROLA - 04.12.2012

Hey guys. I've got a really big problem - my server started crashing these days.

This thing started happening lately and I don't know what to do. I'm using MySQL R7, Incognito's Streamer and Crashdetect. What can I do? Please help me!

I've found some info about MySQL R7 and Incognito having problems running at the same time. Is it true?
