Hello, I want to ask if a hosting company scam then samp can help us?
If yes then how?
I host my server and brought hosted tab from Windexon. They are trust able?
I just brought hosted tab and host yesterday and it was working properly but today server got stopped.
I don't know how and why.. then I add support ticket and after an hour when I login to my CP they said :-

We are sorry, but your server IP address is being attacked. Your server will be back online as soon as possible and we will add extra days to your hosting.

Answer me please..

Our servers are being DDoS attacked and we can't do anything but wait for the attack to stop.

We ask clients to please remain patient and we will give them extra days of hosting as soon as the attack stops.

If your having issues with you host, As RXservers said please be patient.

If your not the patient type, then i do recommend moving to a new host.
