okay, so i go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin
it says "Oops! ****** Chrome could not connect to localhost".
I tried at firefox, it says this, "Unable to connect: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost."
HELP.

I can't see the problem, it works perfect for me

And what server software do you have? OS? Address is also capital sensitive (it should be phpMyAdmin).

Edit:...Wait, what!? Does http://localhost give you any response at all?

What server system have you installed? IIS? XAMP?

Do you even have a webserver running on localhost?

Have you perhaps changed the port of the server running. And more importantly, is there even a server running?
