If I buy a mini portatil, can I run the samp server here all the day? I cant buy a host, it's a solution for keep the server ON all the time?

Anyway on topic, if the statement above is correct, then yes you should be able to host a SA-MP server 24/7 as long as your connection is good enough and your bandwidth isn't limited. Regarding the resources, well, SA-MP doesn't require much resources so your laptop should be able to do it. Report back for further help.

Make sure you have the right internet speed before you even make your server public if your planning to.
