GetVehicleCity - PlayLSX_Founder - 01.12.2012

GetVehicleCity Include
Pretty basic include but since I was lacking this function since I lost my source I decided to re-create it since I couldn't find it anywhere on the forums.

Credit go to Betamaster and Mabako, they're all in the script all I did was modify a few function names and put it into an include for ease of use. Hopefully some of you will get use out of it!

Well, you can also make more of them, like GetPlayerCity, IsPlayerinLS, and so on, anyways, its a very good one for a new guy like you, so +5 reps
