I have port forward my server and everything but nobody can join my server not becuase they dont want to bcuz all my friends say they cant join i can join by doing 127.0.0.1 but i cant even join by 70.75.145.18:7777

Is your ip is static or dynamic (i don't remember if it's really dynamic is called in changing ip)

How do you tell if its Static or Dynamic?

Static - Not changing ip
Dynamic - Changing ip

you can tell that if it's static or dynamic if you check your ip here.

http://www.whatismyip.org/

If you turn off your modem, router whatever.. and open it again
and the ip has been change it means your ip is dynamic

Surely you've dynamic IP system and a home host server.
