You have to download the include and add it into the folder pawno/includes.

make sure to put in the include folder
/pawno folder/include

You are maybe opening the wrong pawno.exe.
Be sure you open the pawno.exe that is in the folder:

Did you closed pawno when pasted that inc?

But anyways, from that dutils you need only is_number function as far as I remember, just copy and paste that funtion to your main GM
