damn that used to happen to me to...if u dont have mods on ur gta you have to format your pc...but first try to delete everything from gta and re-install again....... if it doesnt work.....Format :P

If its happening in between after sometimes while playing , that might be your Mods problem .
If its happening always when you connecting , it happens with me also , i changed my directory and it works
Change you GTA san andreas directory Folder to other disk , might be helpful .... If not then i have other option also .
