Running SA-MP problem - Shazwan - 27.11.2012

Hello i got a friend that has some problem with his sa-mp. When he play gta sa.exe is ok no run time error but when he want to play sa-mp it shows run time error.

please help

Tell him to reinstal Version 0.3e, if it didn't work too then may he don't have internet, as you say he played the normal GTA and didn't got problems, and it's immposible that you can play GTA and can't play SA-MP, so tell him to reinstal Version 0.3e and check his internet.

Create a new user in control panel of windows, then transfer all dekstop files to it and run as administrator, should be fixed.
