[HELP] Script won't run - StopFondlinMe - 24.11.2012

Comes up with this error:
fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "dini"
i have dini right in my include folder, which it says in the script:
#include <dini>

did you put it in <folder>/pawno/include folder?
open the Pawno.exe in the server folder you have the include in.
then, compile it.
