Suggestion....

No need to check if the player is connected in this case.

Furthermore re-write the command system to use ZCMD it's much neater and more efficient than using a series of strcmp()'s

In OnPlayerSpawn

SetPlayerPos(playerid,2241.7932,2437.3384,10.8203) ;

This can be completely avoided by using
