Do you have a really long GM, if so just wait a little while. Some longer GM's take over 30 seconds to compile.

Compiling GM freezes my computer aswell. Just wait 20 - 60 seconds.

Maybe a long Gamemode. If not, Otherwise, Too many errors in the Gamemode.
