First port forward your router,then create mta server and go to whatismyip.com and copy your ip and send it to your friends

What do you mean? Like mapping a server with your friends . Like each of you map the same place and you can see your friends mappings and your friend can see your mappings lively?

If u are telling like that , many of the Server in SA-MP do mapping in MTA ..... (Not all ) and also whats your problem in this ? ... I cant activate my Account in MTA coz they didnt Sent me activation till now , So please tell me frankly ..

Get JernejL's map editor for SAMP, way easier and better than MTA + live test.

Can't you just create a MTA server and host the Map Editor as the game mode?

JernejL's Map Editor doesn't provide multiplayer editing, as far as I know. It looks like that was the whole point of making this thread.

That only , i need that tutorial , When i put Start Editor in console it always comes FAILED ....
