Hello everybody I got problem with my server.It won`t start.It`s saying that MSVCR100.dll file is missing in computer.How to fix this problem?

Download the MSVCR100.DLL file from here - www.dllme.com/dll/files/msvcr100_dll.html and put it in your Server's root folder.
then start it

And where to put it I forgot I did it on my PC computer at home but I forgot I got laptop and I am not currently at home so where to put it?
