I see servers they have so you most register your user on theyr websites.
Its that websites homehosted?
It is mysql based?

Are you asking that some websites ask you to register a user on their website which can be later used on server?

I dont understand XD I want to make a website to my server there players most register to play on my server.
I see other servers as have so you most register on thery website and use that roleplay name on the website and server.
