Linux RAM usage problem -

Hello,
I have a problem with my RAM usage.It goes up too fast and I end up like using 500MB+ of RAM.I used pmap to see wich plugin uses that much but the largest amounts of memory are being used by...well
[anon].How can I determine what causes memory leak?
PS:I use MySQL R5, sscanf and Streamer Plugin.

Memory leaks are very hard to find in most cases, so we can't tell you what's causing the leak. From the plugins you are using, the most likely cause is not freeing results from MYSQL. (just a guess) Also make sure you have the most up to date plugins, in case there is a memory leak in older versions. (i'm sure there was a memory leak problem in an older MYSQL plugin maybe R5)
