is there a way to when a player rcon logs in it automatically logs them out

As far as I know, it is not possible to do that.

cause im trying to void all rcon command but since i cant can u tell me how 2

If you want to save the rcon all the time you join,open samp.exe and click on any server RMB then server settings.
