Camera letterbox style - NewerthRoleplay - 09.11.2012

Is there any function that currently exists in SA-MP that appears underneath textdraws and has a letterbox effect (Black bars on the top and bottom of the screen) I tried doing this with textdraws but I had issues on other displays : S

There is a FS on this. I dont remember it but try searching it on the forums.
