Need good gamemode - MatZZPL - 08.11.2012

Hi, i'm looking for a game mode that has a decent car system ownership and preferably a good house system. Although the car system is more important. I'm looking for a car ownership system that is based on dialogs, not stupid commands /v buy and stuff.

I tried to create a car system, but its not as easy as it sounds really. So please post any gamemodes, dm, freeplays, anything as long as it has a GOOD car ownership or if you know how to create a basic one, i could then create the rest like spawn, unspawn and so on. (( any decent help i will +rep of course but if you could help me create one i would rep you for rest of your life xD))

Thanks a lot, however that's not what i'm really asking for. I'm asking if anyone has came across a gamemode with a good car system and what one would they recommend. Do you really think i didn't and i'm not searching there?

Thanks but ive seen it before and it looks good but i really would want it /buycar in IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint and a dialog pops up instead of creating a car like this. I done my own script, everything was okay and then i realised i only done 1 car! Just completely done it wrong and can't think of a way to do it. Its the fact that you need to get the vehicles id when it spawns and stuff..
