This isn't an ad, just needing some help..
How to get my server popular? I mean, at this point, all I get in my server are people who don't speak English, and noobs who die once and leave. How to get it to the point where normal gamers would join?

Make a server advertisement.
If you don't want noobs that doesn't know how to speak english, make an english test when the player is registering.
