They most likely are using an audio stream for that.

Just Do This

PlayAudioStreamForPlayer(playerid, "Link Here");

Yeah, I know how to use PlayAudioStreamForPlayer but I thought they did it by using PlayerPlaySound, thanks anyway, L&A I found something.
