Ive been hearing something about modding samp .txt without editing ur files,
Explaination:Modding samp object in your server for everyone... Instead of everyone messing with there .txt files?

.txt is a text file. You probably mean .txd.
You can't 'share' any mods from a server, players have to download them themselves. All you can do is have a link on your website for them to download the mods.
