server protection against invalid mod and other things and more fun of TDM and more textdraws and vehicle

things which makes the GM more fun as possible hope you guys enjoy!

no bro our server started from 0.3e 1 month ago in night we get 50+ players and in morning 15+

but our script was bugged last night as it is a big script we need 1 day to fix it so we are in less players

in server so we needa wait 1 day to get our script fixed and ready! and thanks for comment!
