In what situations does a checkpoint disappear? - iTorran - 01.11.2012

I am moving a script from default SA-MP CPs to streamed CPs.
Since these run on IDs and arent destroyed automatically when you enter them, I was wondering in what situations normal checkpoints normally disappear so that I can destroy the streamed ones on those callbacks?
