what is gTeam question i see in all modes.
i have my own rp mode from 0 is that bad ?

gTeam is just a variable. It saves the players variable (so players team).

gTeam doesn't have any special function, as mousebreaker said; it's just a variable (commonly used for teams).
It doesn't matter what the name of your variable is.
