I have an GM LVRP

and the scriptfile is an DataBase(db file)
I searched every where i could not found can someone help me becuse...
i can't make me admin

2 problems could be there
1>it dont haves a admin system
2>or first do /rcon login (your rcon password)
and then try the admin makeing commands
