Crashing - Scutra - 27.10.2012

Hi... I've got this crashing issue, I belive that problem is in my gm... Crashdetect plugin is providing me this info...

Some of players are incessantly telling me they're crashing it with some kind of rcon exploit... Which is most probably not true... Thanks in advance to anybody who try to help, or provides me any kind of info or advice...

Still, it's something to have connection with commands, but is there any problem with y_commands ?
