Need a little help - Hashish - 27.10.2012

Hi everyone I'm not exactly sure how to do this but if anyone could help me out

I basicly need in white writing "Definitive Gaming Roleplay" on the bottom of my players screen not exactly sure how any help and I'll REP+ thanks!

PS. Basicly I just want this for looks and need it to be there 24/7
