It depends, some people use blender, other use those softwares, etc.

Blender is a Game Engine. I'm talking about Intro's && Ending's such. I found a few. Anyone know how to make some?

Maybe try with Adobe After Effects and/or Sony Vegas

Blender is not a game engine it's a 3d suite used to make graphics and animations.
