I think you have placed the include in the wrong folder.
Create a new folder called plugins and place all those inside it.

Well, even though all suggestions are accepted, we, however know what we are doing in that such case, and we are currently looking for some packages containing the files we need, for the dependencies, so if you can find some, we'd love to know

We're using CentOS 5.3, sorry for not stating that earlier.

I've looked, I just updated our VPS to CentOS 6, so any other suggestions guys?

Try to update the plugin maybe,or I don't think it's available for CentOs?

EDIT: i switched back to CentOS 6 as our MYSQL plugin was required to have it on CentOS

I think it's like libssl or openssl, I know that I have the package "openssl1.0.0" installed, and libcrypto.so.10 should be included with this package, correct me if I'm wrong
