/setvip [id] [level] - Used by RCON (To set other player VIP)
/buyvip - Used by player to buy VIP levels
/vheal - Heal a VIP
/varmour - Give VIP player armour
/vbike - Give VIP player a bike
/vehcolor - Change VIP car color
/vehfix - Fix VIP vehicle
/myskins - Show VIP skins
/myweather - Make VIP player set his own weather
/mytime - Make VIP set his own time
/vcar - Personal VIP car
/vjetpack - VIP Jetpack
/mycolor - Change VIP color on chat
/vhelp - Give VIP a helicopeter
/vnos - Add nos to VIP Car

How to install
Download the VIP Package
Unrar all the files to desktop.
Open you server directory and open filterscript folder
Add "0-VIP" to you filterscript folder
Add 0-VIP to your server.cfg in filterscript lines
Run server.

Not bad. Why don't you try using zcmd/ycmd and Y_ini?
Those are faster than dcmd/dini and will improve the script.

and yes i use zcmd sometimes, but tried on dcmd this time
