Hello

I want to do a system, where i have to hold down key_submission for 5 seconds, then my engine starts.
How i detect when i have holded key_submission down for 5 seconds?

I mean, i know that command if (HOLDING( KEY_SUBMISSION)), but how i can detect how long i have holded it?(5 seconds i want)
