sscanf error - Private200 - 24.10.2012

Hello guys this is the error that happends when i try to open server .
I updated plugins , but again same things .
Recompiled with new plugins , but again same thing .
If you have a full pack of the updated plugins , please give it to me , and a tutorial on how to fix this please .
