Portforward your server,

Go to internet Browser > Url > 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.0.1 > select port forwarding then portforward, use Cmd, Find IPV4 IP And add :7777 to the end and there you have it, your own samp server, but i suggest getting a host because if you get DDossed your whole Internet will be Slowed Down and you can get DDossed to the point where you can actually loose your internet and it would go down,
Pick volthost if you dont want to loose your internet services
Or go ahead with making a server from home
