Retrieving Info - BRabbit - 22.10.2012

Hello, I'm trying to host my server and connect to it by using my public ip:7777, and it shows that it's retrieving info.
I already port forwarded on my router settings, port forwarded in firewall, tried with firewall both on/off...
The samp_server works fine, I have my public and local ip in my favourites, and the Local IP loads the server info, the public one shows "Retrieving Info"... I have a dynamic ip, and I changed it to static, none worked... Antivirus off aswell, I basically tried everything you could suggest me (well most of it).
There, I was short but clear, help is urgently needed

Did you tried to Portforward diffrent (UDP & TCP)?
Like UDP=&&&& TCP=&&&&?

Yeah I tried both options seperately, and the Option "Both" on my router settings....
EDIT: Ok just lock the topic if no1 knows the solution

Try using your Static IP!

If you dont have a static IP You need to search on youtube or ****** how to get one, after that you will be able to use it to make samp rp servers

Like I said, I changed my IP from Dynamic to Static and it didn't work, so i reverted back
