Yes, that is the one I use but is it outdated?, it says it was updated in 2009...

It's outdated however it's still used today by scripters.
i recommend you zcmd.
But however if you want the BEST command processor.
YCMD.

ZCMD is easy.
YCMD is complicated, and have many more features and a higher speed.
